Formed late 2007, and situated in Christchurch New Zealand, Dead End Derby is a non-profit, all girl flat track league that is skater owned and operated.  Our League has grown from a handful of girls with a vision, to our rapidly expanding league, with new ‘fresh meat‘ being trained up as they join.

League members ages and backgrounds are widely varied, ranging from registered nurses, accountants, civil servants, to tattooists, forklift drivers, circus performers and students, all united by our love of Derby.

We also have a number of dedicated referees who have joined our crew and have the hard task of keeping our girls in line. 

We are always looking for new skaters, referees (male and female) and support staff, as well as sponsors.  If you’d like to be involved, please get in touch.
